Essential cookies keep checkout, regional pricing, and member sessions working. They are required to buy merch and are not used for ad targeting.
Marketing cookies are optional. We only load them if you click Accept marketing on the cookie banner. If you reject marketing cookies, the shop still works — we simply do not load advertising measurement tags.
When you accept marketing cookies, Bloodfreak loads the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) to measure visits and purchases from our ad campaigns. Meta may receive:
- Page views and product views
- Add-to-cart and checkout-start events
- Purchase events after Stripe or PayPal confirms payment
- Product slugs, names, order value, currency, and item counts
We do not fire purchase events just because you opened the success page — the order must be confirmed as paid in our database first. We do not use a noscript tracking image (it would bypass your cookie choice).
