Returns & refunds

Every BloodFreak.Net piece is printed on demand just for you. Here is how returns, refunds, and exchanges work. Operator notes, not legal advice.

WINDOW.TXT

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Because each item is made to order, we cannot resell returns — please double-check size and color before ordering. Size guides are on every product page.

DEFECTS.LOG

If your order arrives defective, damaged, misprinted, or wrong, we make it right at no cost to you.

  • Email a photo of the issue within 30 days — you do not need to ship the item back.
  • Choose a free replacement or a full refund, including original shipping.
EXCHANGES.TXT

We accept returns and exchanges for non-defective items (wrong size, changed your mind) within the 30-day window.

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer for non-defective returns and exchanges.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected, minus the original shipping charge.
  • Exchanges ship once the returned item is received, or sooner if arranged with us.
HOW_TO_START

Email support@bloodfreak.net with your order number, the item(s) involved, and the reason. For defects, attach a photo.

Refunds typically post to your payment method within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.
